To ensure that all guests have the best experience with us, we have a few important rules. By showing consideration and helping to look after the facilities, together we create a safe and cozy atmosphere on site.
Driving on site
- The barrier is open from 07:30 to 23:00. If you come home later, please park your car in the guest parking lot outside the barrier.
- Driving on the site should be limited as much as possible – and the maximum speed is 10 km/h. Always remember to pay special attention to children playing and other pedestrians.
Using disposable grills
- Do not place disposable grills directly on grass, tables or terraces.
- You can borrow a tile from the reception to place your grill on – free of charge.
Day guests
- Day guests must always check in at the reception upon arrival.
- They must leave the site by 23:00 at the latest.
- If they are still on site after 23:00, they are considered overnight guests and must pay the overnight rate.
- Day visitors must park outside the site.
Found cases
- Lost or found items can be handed in at reception.
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome, but must always be kept on a leash or behind a fence.
- Airing takes place outside the campsite.
Remember to pick up after your dog – also outside the campsite. Free bags are available at the reception.
Toilets and bathrooms
Children are not allowed to play or stay unnecessarily in the toilet and shower areas. Parents are asked to help enforce this.
Mopeds and scooters
Must always be towed on site – no driving allowed.
Waste
- Small and combustible waste is delivered in closed bags behind the grocery store.
- Bulky waste must not be left on the site.
- There is a bottle container for empty bottles without deposit and glass – also behind the store.
Waste water
- Waste water must not be emptied at the hydrants.
Instead, use the dump station at the small playground.
Other rules
We follow the Camping Council’s standard regulations, which you will find posted at the campsite. We encourage all guests to respect each other – so that together we can create great camping experiences for everyone.
