Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

Below you will find useful information about using online booking. You can read about how we process the information you enter, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When SANDAGER is written below, it is used as a synonym for Sandager Næs Camping

Payment options

All prices stated in SANDAGER’s online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment is made by using one of the approved debit/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no fee for transactions made through online booking.

Information about online shopping

You can shop online with confidence through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, so there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should handle online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a pitch for your own tent or a pitch for your own caravan, you will be presented with a contract from SANDAGER, which states the accounts for your purchase. The contract can be printed out from the website after the booking has been completed and will also be sent by e-mail immediately after the purchase if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at SANDAGER on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both these times are stated in the above-mentioned contract.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

If you cancel within 14 days of placing the order, the full amount will be refunded.

Otherwise, the following applies.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund with the exception of an administration fee of Dkk. 200,-.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival, you can get half of the amount refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.

Registration of information

SANDAGER registers your name, address, e-mail address and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but SANDAGER keeps the registration for 5 years.

SANDAGER uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration is done via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaint handling

If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by ordinary review of your contract. You can complain in writing or verbally. One year after receipt of the product (stay), the right to complain under Section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act expires, unless otherwise agreed.

When SANDAGER receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. SANDAGER will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
